Role Description

The Senior Negotiator / Valuer will manage and grow residential sales activity, providing accurate property valuations and negotiating offers to secure successful completions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves:

  • Coordinating viewings
  • Maintaining regular communication with sellers and buyers
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient progression of sales

The Senior Negotiator / Valuer will contribute to local market intelligence, assist with business development, and uphold company standards of professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kineton and integrating with the team across both Shipston on Stour and Kineton.

Qualifications

  • Strong residential property sales and negotiation skills, including managing offers and progressing sales to completion.
  • Proven experience in property valuation/market appraisal, and preparing clear, evidence-based valuation reports. NB. If you are an experienced negotiator looking for the next step to start valuing, training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of local property markets, transactional processes, and relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Competence in using estate agency software, CRM systems, and standard office applications to manage listings and client records.
  • Ability to work independently on-site, prioritize workloads, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Previous experience in an estate agency or property-focused environment in a similar senior or valuation role.
  • Professional qualifications such as RICS, NAEA, or equivalent accreditation are highly beneficial but not essential.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for client appointments and property visits.
