Neonatal Nurses Recruitment
We are recruiting for Neonatal Nurses to join our level 3 unit.
Role Description
The Senior Neonatal nurse will be expected to perform all aspects of Neonatal care within the neonatal setting.
- To assist in the planning implementation and delivery of care and accept delegated responsibility from senior staff.
- Care of the sick and preterm newborns.
- Plan and implement care and be able to manage own workload.
- To attend relevant clinical and unit meetings, as appropriate.
- To be aware of the Trust’s discipline and grievance procedures.
- To ensure economical use of ward stocks and inform senior staff of any shortages.
- To be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of all equipment.
- To monitor and adhere to the Duchess of Westminster Wing Security Policy.
