About The Role
We are looking for a Senior.NET Developer (C#, ASP.NET Core) to join our talented development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established platform that supports the daily operations of multiple independent businesses within a larger group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evolving the platform to meet the growing needs of our clients, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and efficient. You will lead the relationship with end-users, gather requirements, and translate them into high-quality technical solutions. This position requires a hands-on approach, as you will be actively involved in coding while also mentoring and reviewing the work of a full stack developer reporting directly to you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
