Job Title: Senior.NET Developer
Responsibilities
- Produce clear, comprehensive IAM technical documentation, process guides, and training materials to support implementation and ongoing operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing informed input and recommendations to management on IAM strategy, tooling, and best practices.
- Maintain strong awareness of the wider IAM tools landscape, including emerging technologies, developments, and industry trends.
- Work closely with business owners, technical teams, and third-party providers to coordinate activities and ensure technical milestones are met.
- Configure and implement integrations with more than one market-leading IAM solution, such as SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp, or Centrify.
- Support the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, ensuring appropriate access design and governance.
- Demonstrate a driven, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership for deliverables and technical outcomes.
- Carry out application integrations with SailPoint IdentityNow, including advanced or custom connectors tailored to specific business systems.
- Analyse issue reports, diagnose root causes, and develop software fixes and enhancements, taking responsibility for delivery with limited supervision.
- Monitor system performance trends for IAM and related applications, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities, including usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, and the creation of test scripts, test cases, and test plans.
- Leverage security software and internal IT audit practices where relevant to strengthen controls and compliance within IAM solutions.
- Configure connectors for Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, and web services/REST to support identity and access provisioning.
- Integrate IAM solutions with IT service management tools, including JIRA and Confluence, to streamline workflows and governance.
- Automate SailPoint configuration using tools such as Ansible, Nexus, and GitHub to support efficient, repeatable deployments.
- Work with cloud-based deployments and technologies (Azure and/or AWS) to deliver scalable, secure IAM services.
- Apply container concepts, including Docker and Kubernetes, to support modern deployment patterns for IAM-related applications.

Essential Skills
- At least 5 years of enterprise software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET for building secure, scalable applications.
- Solid experience working with Microsoft SQL for data storage, querying, and performance optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development and user interface implementation.
- Practical experience configuring connectors for Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, and web services/REST within IAM solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based deployments and technologies on Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience integrating with IT service management tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficiency in integrating and configuring at least one market-leading IAM platform, such as SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp, or Centrify.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, including application integrations and advanced or custom connectors.
- Ability to analyse issues and deliver software solutions and fixes independently, with limited supervision.
- Good awareness of IAM tools and the broader IAM technical landscape, including technological developments and trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with business owners, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Ability to monitor system performance trends and identify potential issues in complex environments.
