About the Role
The NetSuite Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering successful NetSuite implementations for our customers. This role combines hands-on NetSuite consulting expertise while actively contributing to solution design, configuration, and customer enablement.
Acting as the primary representative of NoBlue2, you will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time, budget, and quality. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear leadership, direction, and communication while ensuring alignment with organisational and customer strategic objectives.

- Customers feel well-informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
- Projects are delivered with consistency and quality.
- Process improvements are proactively identified and delivered, to improve the overall function of the team.
- Works closely with Project Managers to ensure project success.
- Communications are clear, robust, timely and positive, internally and externally.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Gather requirements, configure and implement NetSuite modules in line with best practices, delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Discover, understand and deliver solutions that meet our customers' business goals.
- Liaise with Project Management to agree delivery schedules and resource plans.
- Ensure the configuration of the application meets business needs.
- Create specifications to assist the development of application customisations.
- Provide training services to customer end users.

Requirements
About You
- NetSuite implementation experience.
- Excellent consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
