Senior NetSuite Consultant
Location: Hybrid (1 day a week in the Midlands)
Salary: £65,000-£85,000 + bonuses
Role: Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to join their growing consultancy.
This is a hands-on NetSuite implementation role within a growing practice, where you’ll take ownership of delivering client projects from initial requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support. You’ll be involved in workshops, solution design, system configuration, testing, and user training, working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of end-to-end ERP delivery projects within a growing consulting practice.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience working on NetSuite implementations across multiple sectors
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills, including running client workshops
- Hands-on NetSuite configuration and functional setup (workflows, forms, roles/permissions, dashboards, saved searches)
- Experience across NetSuite customisation, data migration, and system configuration within live project environments
- Exposure to core NetSuite financial and operational modules (O2C, P2P, R2R, FAM, ARM, etc.)
- Integration experience using APIs and middleware tools

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support
- Facilitate client workshops to understand business processes and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions and configurations
- Configure and customise NetSuite to meet client requirements, including workflows, forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searches
- Manage key implementation activities, including data migration, system testing, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth deployment of solutions
- Support integration of NetSuite with third-party systems using APIs and middleware, ensuring accurate data flow and system connectivity across platforms
