Senior Systems Manager – NetSuite, Celigo, EDI, ERP, Business Systems, Finance Systems, Ecommerce, Amazon, Retail Integrations, 3PL, iPaaS, Systems Integration, Process Improvement, Automation, AI, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Team Leadership – Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire, Greater London, South East

Permanent - £75,000 - £85,000

Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Manager to drive the performance, development, and optimisation of its core business systems, ensuring technology continues to support growth, efficiency, and automation across the organisation.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, workflows, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvement.
  • Good understanding of core finance processes and the impact system changes can have on financial operations.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo, along with EDI and third-party system connections.
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into practical improvements, automation, and scalable solutions.
  • Confident team leadership and vendor management skills, with the ability to remain composed when resolving business-critical issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of NetSuite and ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and effectively managed.
  • Oversee the integrations connecting core systems with logistics partners, Amazon, and retail customers.
  • Deliver system enhancements and process improvements that reduce manual work and support continued growth.
  • Work with teams across Finance and Operations to turn business challenges into practical system solutions.
  • Develop the systems team while coordinating with external partners on larger projects.

Location: Hertfordshire (3 days a week)
