What we’re looking for:

• Network architecture or senior network engineering experience in a regulated environment with a focus on resilience and security (5+ years), with knowledge of software-defined networking for data centre, wide area, office, and branch deployments, internal and external connectivity solutions including Cisco technology.
• Practical experience (3+ years), designing or assuring network traffic flow controls such as network segmentation, network access control, network firewalls, network intrusion, network detection and response, and control mapping.
• 3+ years of experience producing and assuring architecture artefacts such as high-level designs, options papers, architecture decision records, standards, and governance submissions.
• Good communication and leadership skills, with experience bringing architecture, engineering, cyber security, delivery, and service teams together to make informed decisions.
• Hybrid and public cloud connectivity, including integration between on-premises data centre networks and cloud-hosted services.
