Gloucester or London (Hybrid working)
Up to £85,000 + Benefits
Method Resourcing is partnering with a leading technology services organisation seeking Network Operations Engineers at both L3 and L4 level to join a highly skilled network team supporting complex, business-critical customer environments.
These positions offer the opportunity to work across operational support, service improvement, project delivery and technical leadership within a specialist networking practice.
Please note: hands-on Netskope experience is essential for these roles. Candidates without direct Netskope exposure are unlikely to be considered.

Responsibilities
- Acting as a senior technical escalation point for network-related incidents
- Supporting and improving operational network services
- Delivering network deployment, migration and implementation projects
- Contributing to service improvement initiatives
- Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and technology partners
- Supporting network design, architecture reviews and technical governance activities
- Mentoring and supporting engineers across the wider team
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on Netskope administration, support, deployment or implementation experience (essential)
- Strong experience across LAN, WLAN, WAN and VPN technologies
- SD-WAN experience, ideally Fortinet
- Experience delivering network deployments, migrations and infrastructure change
- Strong troubleshooting and major incident management capability
- Experience operating within enterprise or MSP environments
- Excellent stakeholder and customer communication skills
