Network Security Engineer (Check Point / F5 / Routing & Switching)
Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to support enterprise network and security operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Check Point Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, BGP, OSPF, IPSec VPNs, Cisco Switching, Wireless Technologies, and Major Incident Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Check Point Firewall infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot IPSec Site-to-Site VPNs.
- Administer and maintain Check Point ClusterXL environments.
- Manage F5 LTM environments including VIPs, Pools, SNATs, Health Monitors, and Persistence Profiles.
- Troubleshoot routing issues involving BGP and OSPF.
- Perform network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Support Cisco Switching technologies including VLANs, STP, and PortFast.
- Provide operational support for Cisco ACI environments.
- Support Meraki and enterprise wireless solutions.
- Participate in P1/P2 Major Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis activities.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to deliver network services.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Experience
- 8+ years of Network Security Engineering experience.
- Strong production support experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting global networks and critical business services.
- Experience working in 24x7 operational environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Check Point CCSA / CCSE
- F5 Certified Administrator
- Cisco CCNP Enterprise
- Cisco CCNP Security
- ITIL Foundation
