Role Description
The Senior OT contributes to the provision, coordination, and development of OT services for their specific section. Assists in training and supervising junior staff and students and participates in administrative functions of the OT Department. To provide excellent, high-quality person-centered clinical care that advocates for patients. Strive to provide a service fit for today and the future. Develop personal leadership to support clinical growth. The successful post holder should have experience working with stroke and a range of other neurological conditions.
