Senior New Business Manager

Manchester | UK and international remit

£45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related commission

Revolution is an independent advertising production company working across commercials, service production, stills, and sport for agencies, brands, and organizations in the UK, Europe, and US.

We are looking for a Senior New Business Manager to help build the next stage of the company.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will own our new-business pipeline, identify the agencies and brands we should be working with, build genuine relationships, personally prospect and open doors, identify opportunities early, and work directly with our MD and production team to turn the right opportunities into great work.

What you will do

  • Develop and run our new-business strategy.
  • Build relationships with agencies, brands, creatives, sports organizations, and international production partners.
  • Personally prospect, develop, and reactivate priority accounts.
  • Own our target-account programme, CRM pipeline, forecasting, and outreach.
  • Identify upcoming briefs and opportunities.
  • Match the right work, production capabilities, and talent to each opportunity.
  • Work closely with the MD on priority relationships, bids, and closing.
  • Work with our production team to qualify opportunities and protect profitable delivery.
  • Represent Revolution at relevant meetings, events, and industry moments.
  • Track what we win, what we lose, and where growth should come from next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About You

You may already work in new business or production-company sales. You may be an agency producer, EP, client lead, rep, or someone from an adjacent creative business who has developed a strong instinct for growth. The route matters less than the evidence.

  • You understand advertising, production, and the value of great creative work.
  • You build relationships naturally and communicate credibly with senior agency and brand people.
  • You are confident opening new relationships, not only maintaining existing ones.
  • You are commercially ambitious and organized enough to run a serious pipeline.
  • You write and communicate extremely well.
  • You enjoy autonomy, follow things through, and want to help build something.

An existing network is useful, but we care just as much about how you build relationships that do not exist yet.

Revolution is based in Manchester, but this is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK. Regular travel will be required, particularly to Manchester and London, with occasional international travel where needed.
