1x 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
We’re seeking a Senior New Homes Executive, a key role within our New Homes Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is passionate about delivering high quality homes and services.
About the role
As a Senior New Homes Executive, you will take the lead for all sales and lettings activity within your allocated region—ensuring homes are let or sold swiftly, sustainably, and with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.
Your work will underpin Stonewater’s commitment to providing high-quality homes, offering a seamless customer journey. You will also play a crucial part in shaping future developments through insightful market intelligence and reporting.
This role interacts closely with Development, Customer Experience, and a wide range of external partners such as solicitors, local authorities, and agents—making relationship building a key part of your success.
What we’re looking for;
- Strong knowledge of lettings, sales and conveyancing
- Experience delivering customer-focused services in a social or commercial environment
- Some experience managing or developing teams
- Clear, confident communication skills, including report writing for senior audiences
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience of working within a regulated housing or construction environment, with a strong understanding of sector compliance, standards, and statutory requirements.
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions in complex situations
- Solid numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- Experience or understanding of new home construction.

Job Description - Senior New Homes Executive
This role may require specific qualifications, skills, knowledge, and behaviours to meet the Competence and Conduct Standard for Social Housing. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
