Key responsibilities
- Conduct viewings and present luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals
- Negotiate sales and guide buyers through the purchasing journey
- Maintain the show apartment and sales suite to a premium standard
- Build relationships with buyers, wealth managers, solicitors, and IFAs
- Manage enquiries through the CRM system with accuracy
- Work with the manager to exceed quarterly targets
- Deliver a high standard of customer service befitting the address
- Provide market intelligence and buyer feedback to inform strategy
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in property sales, ideally new homes or prime residential
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value transactions
- Polished communication skills suited to engaging high-net-worth clients
- Impeccable presentation and professional manner
- Comfortable working alternate weekends on a structured rota
- Proficient with CRM systems and sales technology
- Full UK driving licence
- Understanding of the prime central London market preferred
