Location: Prime Central London Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + commission Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (including some weekends)

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct viewings and present luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals
  • Negotiate sales and guide buyers through the purchasing journey
  • Maintain the show apartment and sales suite to a premium standard
  • Build relationships with buyers, wealth managers, solicitors, and IFAs
  • Manage enquiries through the CRM system with accuracy
  • Work with the manager to exceed quarterly targets
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service befitting the address
  • Provide market intelligence and buyer feedback to inform strategy

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in property sales, ideally new homes or prime residential
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value transactions
  • Polished communication skills suited to engaging high-net-worth clients
  • Impeccable presentation and professional manner
  • Comfortable working alternate weekends on a structured rota
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales technology
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Understanding of the prime central London market preferred
