About CARE
CARE International is a global humanitarian organisation leading the fight to end poverty in the world’s most challenging situations. Women and girls are at the centre of our work, because we cannot overcome poverty and inequality until all people have equal rights and opportunities. We know that when a crisis erupts, women are often the first to pick up the pieces, so we work alongside women, so they have the power to make change where it’s needed most. Founded in 1945, CARE currently works in over 100 countries and last year alone reached 53.4 million people through nearly 1,500 projects.
About the role
The Senior New Partnerships Lead - Corporate Partnerships will lead the development of high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships that drive sustainable growth and real impact. It’s a vital leadership role at the heart of CARE International UK's growth ambitions, with real ownership of strategy from design through to delivery-ready partnerships.
With strong leadership support and the autonomy to act, you’ll play a key role in growing income, strengthening partnerships, and advancing CARE UK’s mission. You’ll build on an already impressive portfolio of partners – including Mondelez International, Diageo, Fyffes, Twinings, GSK and Haleon – as you shape what comes next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
