In This Rewarding Position, You Will
- Lead with Care: Provide guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring that care plans and risk assessments are followed.
- Respond to Needs: Calmly handle emergencies and escalate concerns to the on-call manager.
- Record Accurately: Maintain precise digital records and administer medication as required.
- Support Quality Assurance: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.
- Engage with Training: Attend meetings and training sessions outside your usual night shifts to uphold professional standards.
To Thrive In This Role, You Should Have
- Experience: At least two years in social care, demonstrating your ability to support individuals with complex needs.
- Qualifications: A relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Knowledge: Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding procedures.
