Senior NPD Project Manager
We're looking for a Senior NPD Project Manager to join Aston Manor and play a key role in delivering our innovation pipeline from concept through to commercial launch.
Reporting to the Product Development Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of customer and internally driven NPD projects, ensuring critical paths are maintained and launches are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You'll also lead and develop a team of NPD Project Managers and an Assistant Project Manager, driving performance, capability and continuous improvement across the function.
Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Beverage Development, Procurement, Demand Planning, Operations and Technical teams, you'll coordinate project activity, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks and ensure successful product launches across our growing drinks portfolio.

About You
You'll be an experienced project leader with a strong background in FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing environments and a proven track record of delivering successful product launches.
You'll bring:
- Significant NPD project management experience from concept to launch.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of NPD stage-gate processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong decision-making capability.
- Advanced Excel and SAP experience.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
