The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with Monster Energy Europe Limited to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join the NPD commercialization team.

You will lead a team of commercialization project managers with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of an incredible pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable and Strategic Brand portfolio into our rapidly growing, high-traffic EMEA region.

About Monster Energy

Monster Energy Company, headquartered in Corona, California, is a globally recognised, NASDAQ-listed business and the force behind the Monster Energy drinks brand – the number one energy drink in the USA. Since launching in the UK and Ireland in 2008, the business has expanded rapidly across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Now present in over 140 countries, with more than 3,600 employees and 138 million cases sold across EMEA in 2023 alone, Monster continues to dominate the category with a bold, disruptive brand identity built around being aggressive, cool, mysterious, and fun.

The Role:

  • Take ownership of complex NPD and commercialisation programmes from initial concept through to launch across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, providing direction, coaching and support to ensure projects are delivered On-Time-In-Full.
  • Oversee the delivery of approximately 600 SKU-level projects annually, ensuring strong governance, prioritisation and execution.
  • Manage the commercialisation relationship with regional bottling and external partners.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear project scope and successful implementation.
  • Manage multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, balancing priorities, dependencies, resources and timelines.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, providing clear options analysis and recommendations to support effective decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline end-to-end commercialisation processes and ways of working.
  • Produce clear and regular project reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, milestones and key decisions.
  • Contribute to the wider NPD strategy, supporting departmental initiatives and helping to create an engaged, high-performing team culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
