The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with Monster Energy Europe Limited to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join the NPD commercialization team.
You will lead a team of commercialization project managers with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of an incredible pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable and Strategic Brand portfolio into our rapidly growing, high-traffic EMEA region.

The Role:
- Take ownership of complex NPD and commercialisation programmes from initial concept through to launch across multiple EMEA markets.
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, providing direction, coaching and support to ensure projects are delivered On-Time-In-Full.
- Oversee the delivery of approximately 600 SKU-level projects annually, ensuring strong governance, prioritisation and execution.
- Manage the commercialisation relationship with regional bottling and external partners.
- Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear project scope and successful implementation.
- Manage multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, balancing priorities, dependencies, resources and timelines.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, providing clear options analysis and recommendations to support effective decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline end-to-end commercialisation processes and ways of working.
- Produce clear and regular project reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, milestones and key decisions.
- Contribute to the wider NPD strategy, supporting departmental initiatives and helping to create an engaged, high-performing team culture.

About You:
- Experienced project management professional with a strong background in NPD, commercialisation or FMCG project delivery.
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Strong understanding of end-to-end NPD delivery within an FMCG supply chain environment, from product concept through to launch.
- Confident working within structured stage-gate project management processes and managing complex, multi-market programmes.
- Highly organised, results-driven and tenacious, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across commercial, operational and external teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong process discipline, including the ability to identify and manage cross-programme dependencies.
- Experienced in risk and issue management, including presenting data, developing options analysis and managing escalations.
- Experience working across multiple regions or international markets would be highly advantageous.
