About the Role
The Senior NPD Technologist will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of new product development projects from concept through to launch. You will lead small cross-functional teams, translate consumer insights into innovative product solutions, and ensure smooth coordination with manufacturing and procurement. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a passion for culinary innovation, and strong project management skills to meet ambitious deadlines and quality standards.

- Oversee all phases of product development, from ideation to commercialisation

- Proven experience as a Senior NPD Technologist in the food industry
- Strong background in new product development management and food formulation
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative food products
- Good understanding of food safety, regulatory standards, and allergens
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
