- Role Requirements:
- Registered staff nurse with excellent assessment, planning, and evaluation skills to deliver clinical care to patients and support our Nursing Assistants.
- Coordinate and manage care ensuring that all calls are effectively assessed, triaged, allocated, and recorded.
- Overview of the service as a whole to ensure that patients and staff remain safe and care is appropriate and effective overnight.
- Re-allocating work to cover unexpected staff absence.
- At times you will be expected to work clinically (5-10pm) and deliver direct patient care, though the majority of your role will be clinical triage via telephone.

- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills.
- Provide clinical leadership, including line management of Band 5 Staff Nurses, and oversee line management of our Band 3 Nursing Assistants.
- Ability to think on your feet, problem solve, juggle conflicting priorities, motivate others in challenging times, and utilize the resources available to you effectively.
Working Hours:
- 16:30pm-21:30pm over 7 days a week (including bank holidays).
- The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you could travel across the city of Leeds during your shift to deliver patient care.
- Contract is a minimum of 10 hpw (2 evenings) up to a maximum of 27.5 hpw (6, 5 evenings a fortnight).

- Various positions are available, with a minimum of 10 hours per week (2 evenings).
