Why Work at Busy Bees?
We offer a supportive environment that empowers you to create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that encourage babies and toddlers to explore, discover, and develop at their own pace. As part of our team, you'll be introduced to our unique Bee Curious curriculum, designed to nurture curiosity, confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing from the very beginning of a child's learning journey.
As a Baby Room Leader, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference during the most important years of a child's development, supporting milestones such as early communication, physical development, sensory exploration, and the formation of secure relationships.
Our Charitable Commitment
Through our partnership with BBC Children in Need, we offer fantastic opportunities for community involvement and fundraising, helping to make a positive impact on children's lives both within and beyond our nursery communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
