The role

Lincoln Occupational Health is looking for a motivated and professional Occupational Health Advisor to join the team. We are a friendly, independent OH provider, with long-standing clients to which we provide a bespoke, personable, and high-quality service.

We are looking for someone to perform a broad role across the range of our services, beyond case management. Willingness to learn and integrate with the business ethos and team is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to develop in Occupational Health and gain experience and responsibility across the business.

What your role will include

  • Triaging management referrals
  • Managing the physician assessment process end to end, reviewing physician reports and assisting with amendment requests (will have access to dedicated admin support)
  • Carrying out management referrals (max. five a day) and producing bespoke, detailed reports which provide our clients with helpful, actionable advice
  • Managing any ill health retirement applications and obtaining medical reports if required
  • Reviewing new starter health questionnaires and allocating cases across the team
  • Assisting with health surveillance programmes and signing off the technicians’ clinics
  • Managing client expectations, responding to queries and handling new enquiries
  • Answering phone line
  • Contributing to blogs, policies and any work towards accreditation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
