We're hiring a Senior Occupational Health Advisor / Clinical Lead

OccuMed is growing, and we're looking for an experienced OHA to join our team.

You'll lead the clinical quality of our nursing and technician services. You'll supervise and develop the team as well as keep a varied caseload of your own across case management and health surveillance.

The role

  • Part time, 3 days a week
  • Based from Lichfield, with home working and client site travel
  • Up to £49,000 full time equivalent, pro rata, depending on experience
  • 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, pro rata, plus workplace pension
  • Working directly with our Director, Medical Director and OH Physician

You'll need

  • NMC registration as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse in Occupational Health (SCPHN OH)
  • Solid OHA experience in both case management and health surveillance
  • Experience supervising or mentoring other clinicians
