A Head of Service oversees all work and responsibilities of the Living Well Service.

This role will also have a Neuro specialist focus to it and the successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Occupational Therapists and Team Manager to expand this specialist aspect of OT intervention.

PDOP is a multi-disciplinary team comprised of Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Social Care Co-ordinators we provide the next step in assessment and support planning to people who are 18 years and over and have a long-term physical disability.

PDOP is responsible for unplanned and unscheduled reviews and responds to any urgent enquiries that may be raised by community services, families, service users. Whilst PDOP duty (Link Duty) does not offer an emergency response service and uses a robust risk review process to consider the urgency for social care/OT input, there are occasions when an immediate response may be required to ensure the safety of known service users. PDOP also acts as a direct feed for cases from the HUB where longer-term support may be anticipated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
