Our client, based in the stunning location of South Kensington, is looking for a first-class Office Co-ordinator & PA to join their friendly and welcoming team. Working in this wonderful part of London, you will play a key role at the heart of this vibrant office, acting as a central point of contact and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your experience in a similar role within the property sector will be invaluable, and we are looking for someone with plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. A naturally likeable personality, honesty and excellent communication skills will also be highly valued.

The successful candidate will be proactive, versatile and self-assured, with the ability to lead, take ownership of tasks and see them through to successful completion. You will be comfortable working at pace, remaining calm and accurate under pressure, while consistently delivering an exceptional level of service to clients, colleagues and visitors.

Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring facilities, supplies, systems and administrative processes run efficiently
  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative and PA support to the Company Director, including diary management, meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Maintain a professional, well-organised office environment that reflects Winchester White’s service standards and brand
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers, contractors and other external stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative processes, strengthen internal controls and support efficient ways of working
  • Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding and induction, ensuring new starters receive professional and well-organised experience
  • Support budget administration, monitor office expenditure and liaise with suppliers to ensure value and service quality
  • Coordinate key workflows and actions across the business, tracking progress, deadlines and outstanding items through to completion
  • Maintain exceptional service and professional communication standards across all internal and external interactions while adhering to the relevant property-sector requirements.
  • Provide reliable operational insight and administrative support for wider business initiatives, projects and periods of change

Skills & Attributes

  • 3+ Years experience in administration and PA
  • Team leading experience
  • Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof-reading skills are required.
  • Customer Service Skills
  • The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative.
  • Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good customer relations and communication skills are required.
