About The Role
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised Senior Office Executive to support the day-to-day operation of a busy office environment, working closely with the Facilities Manager. This role is central to ensuring exceptional customer service, effective administration, site compliance, and smooth workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Visitor Management
- Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service.
- Manage visitor registration, inductions, and site access.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Support the implementation of workplace procedures and standards.
Security & Compliance
- Issue and manage access cards and visitor passes.
- Carry out regular access control and CCTV audits.
- Maintain key management records and security compliance.
- Ensure SIA licence checks and site security procedures are completed.
Customer Service & Communication
- Act as a key contact for calls, emails, and Teams messages.
- Provide outstanding service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Ensure queries are resolved or escalated promptly.
Administration & Facilities Support
- Raise purchase orders and resolve invoice queries.
- Manage reactive and planned maintenance work orders.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and site documentation.
- Conduct service audits and support operational reporting.
- Assist with building inspections and facilities-related issues.

Stock & Supplier Management
- Monitor office and kitchen supplies.
- Place and amend orders as required.
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain service levels.
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or workplace services role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach.
Training & Development
Training and support will be provided, including:
- SIA Licence
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- IOSH Health & Safety Training
