Joining as Senior Omni-Channel PM within the Ops team

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring all projects run smoothly, efficiently and in accordance with ITG ways of working.

You will need to know how ITG works, how areas integrate, have a strong understanding of the how work transitions through the business from conception through to delivery.

You will be an empathetic leader who has both a technical and creative eye which will help you manage day to day projects.

You will be a process driven individual and will be someone that can work at any level in the business and completely own projects.

You will be an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives on being involved at all levels of the business but will ensure we have high standards of project management as the core of your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with estimating and scheduling of all projects, including digital, dev, strategic creative and performance marketing if required
  • Provide SME expertise to the account teams, clients & the wider ops team to support to and deliver creative, profitable campaigns and solutions
  • Understand all operational processes, including WOW, use of platforms and reporting
  • Understand each different channel ITG operates within
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external (3rd party suppliers)
  • Take proactive and thought leading approach to delivering all projects and campaigns whilst ensuring work is correct, to brief and within estimated budgets
  • Providing a customer centric approach to our account teams and clients
  • Ensure briefs are clear and logical for resource
  • Continue to grow knowledge for all ITG products

Requirements

This position will touch on many of the areas in the list below, so experience across these is preferred, but not necessarily essential for this position:

  • Estimating and commercials

  • Knowledge of all ITG current technology including automation tools such as canopy and Storyteq
  • Strategic creative - understanding strategy and creative briefs
  • Creative production including print and basic artworking
  • Copy and TOV requirements
  • Photographic shoots including PPM planning
  • Conceptual creative
  • Animation - styles and specs
  • CGI & 3D, XR,UX/UI
  • Paid media (banners, social ads, PPC)
  • Digital signage
