We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Online Content Executive to join our Customer team and play a key role in bringing The Perfume Shop brand to life across our website, app and digital marketing channels.

You’ll define, own and deliver online content that is on-brand, commercially effective and engaging. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll create personalised content that supports customers throughout their journey while driving performance, conversion and long-term loyalty.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver engaging, commercially aligned content across the website, app and digital marketing channels in line with brand and trading priorities.
  • Bring campaigns, launches and key trading moments to life through joined-up storytelling and high-quality content execution.
  • Create and optimise content that supports personalised customer journeys, ensuring relevance across audience and lifecycle stages.
  • Lead content planning across the online trading calendar, ensuring activity is supported by compelling narratives and effective creative assets.
  • Act as a guardian of our online look, feel and tone of voice, ensuring all content is customer-focused, on-brand and conversion-led.
  • Use insight and performance data to continuously improve content approaches, storytelling formats and commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a senior content, creative or editorial role within ecommerce, retail or a similar digital environment.
  • A strong understanding of brand storytelling, content strategy and creating engaging customer experiences online.
  • Experience delivering commercially effective content across high-traffic digital platforms, including websites and apps.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insight to optimise content and improve performance.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
