About the Role
We’re working with a fast-growing, design-led DTC brand that’s looking for an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take its customer acquisition strategy to the next level.
This is a genuinely hands-on role with ownership across PPC, paid social and wider digital acquisition, working closely with the Marketing Director and creative team to drive growth across the UK and international markets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own, optimise and scale multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Develop new performance marketing strategies and identify channel opportunities
- Manage and optimise significant advertising budgets against revenue, ROAS and acquisition targets
- Lead a rigorous test-and-learn approach across campaigns and creative
- Work closely with creative teams to brief, test and iterate paid assets
- Analyse performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Support international growth, particularly across European markets

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong PPC and paid social experience, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience managing substantial budgets and multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and a genuinely data-led approach
- Experience with creative testing and optimisation
- International campaign experience, ideally across Europe
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
