Your Purpose
As Senior Operational Support Manager, you’ll step into a pivotal role shaping the future of Travelodge’s Operational Support function. Building on the strong foundation of the Central Operations team, you’ll evolve this capability into a true Centre of Excellence moving beyond day-to-day maintenance to set a new benchmark for operational performance, consistency, and innovation across the business.
In this role, you’ll balance strategy and execution, transforming operational support into a proactive, insight-driven function while simplifying processes and driving collaboration. You’ll oversee key areas like asset and supply chain management with a sharp focus on performance and control, while acting as a central voice to align stakeholders and turn data into clear, actionable insight.

You’ll lead from the front during operational challenges, ensuring strong business continuity, and play a key role in building capability across the estate by embedding effective training and processes. This is an opportunity for someone who can see the big picture, stay close to the detail, and lead with impact to move the business forward.
Your Strengths
You’ll bring strong hospitality operations experience and a hands-on, adaptable leadership style, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day delivery. You’ll have a proven track record in a senior operational or shared services role across multi-site, with the ability to simplify complex, fragmented processes into efficient, centralised solutions. You understand brand standards, compliance, and risk, and can confidently embed effective ways of working.
You’re an influential communicator who builds credibility across stakeholders and uses data, digital tools, and analytics to drive performance and continuous improvement. You’ll also be a confident people leader, delegating effectively while retaining accountability for results.

Your Perks
- Salary £55,000 - £60,000 plus Annual Bonus
- Contributory pension scheme
- Car Allowance
- Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in hotels and or visiting suppliers
