Senior ETF Settlements & Operations Specialist

About the Business

Our client is a highly regarded independent institutional brokerage headquartered in London, with an established international presence across Europe and the US. The firm provides bespoke execution and trading solutions to institutional clients across Cash Equities, ETFs and Equity Derivatives, partnering with investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds and market makers globally.

Its independent ownership structure and client-first approach have earned it an outstanding reputation for service, expertise and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ETF Settlements & Operations Specialist to join a high-performing Equity & ETF Operations team.

This is a genuine front-to-back operations role that sits close to the trading desk, providing exposure to the full trade lifecycle rather than operating within a traditional back-office environment. The successful candidate will become the team's subject matter expert for ETF settlement activity, taking ownership of complex settlement processes while working closely with brokers, Authorised Participants (APs), custodians, clearing houses and internal trading teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
