Location Overview:

Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

The Team:

The EMEA Account Services (EASMG) team is a collaborative and high-performing team based in Bromley, supporting account servicing activities across the EMEA region.

Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the team is responsible for delivering high-quality client service while maintaining strong risk and control standards.

EASMG partners closely with stakeholders across multiple regions and lines of business, providing associates with varied exposure, opportunities to broaden their operational expertise, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support strategic business objectives.

Role Description:

Provide account servicing support across EMEA, ensuring client account requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements. Deliver a high standard of operational service by managing account maintenance activities, resolving client servicing queries, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute EMEA account servicing activities, including account openings, maintenance requests, and account closures.
  • Process a broad range of client-related requests across multiple platforms and products, including CIS, DAS, ARIES, Direct Debit set-ups (SEPA, BACS, and Nordic markets), GPP and VAM set-ups, Account Blocks, and SEPA Blocks.
  • Review client documentation and system data to ensure requests are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements before processing.
  • Investigate and resolve account servicing queries, assessing potential client impact and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve appropriate resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners across different regions and functional teams.
  • Manage a high-volume workload effectively, adapting to changing priorities and meeting demanding turnaround times.
  • Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and strong risk awareness across all account servicing activities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance both the client and employee experience.
