Role
Our client, a market-leading global multi-asset family office, is looking to hire an operations individual into their London office following strong performance and increased trading volumes.
The role will have an exceptionally broad remit, initially covering trade capture, corporate actions, and reconciliations across both alternatives space. Over time, the hire will have the opportunity to broaden their responsibilities beyond traditional operations, taking on additional treasury and investment-related responsibilities. The role will also have a strong project component, with the hire involved in process improvement and automation initiatives across the function.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 4 - 9 years of experience in an operations role across either the buy-side or banking, alongside proven experience delivering automation initiatives.

Compensation
This is an opportunity to join an extremely lean team, working directly alongside the Head of Operations and taking on significant responsibility and exposure from day one. The role can pay up to £90k base, alongside a lucrative discretionary bonus linked to individual performance, with the flexibility to work from home (WFH).
