This is a senior individual contributor role: you'll own a significant portion of the implementation caseload yourself, act as a point of technical expertise and escalation for less experienced team members and help shape how the team's processes evolve - without the day-to-day people-management responsibilities that sit with the Implementations Supervisor.

You'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Owning the implementation journey for a caseload of clients transferring to the Saltus Platform, with a focus on getting the best outcomes for clients
• Leading update calls and meetings with advisers on your own cases, and providing effective day-to-day support more broadly
• Implementing and ensuring continuity of client income payments and contributions, and being proactive in avoiding poor client experiences
• Supporting the Transfers team with the management of client transfers
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to keep processes running smoothly
• Monitoring inboxes and resolving queries, including more complex or escalated cases
• Working with and helping maintain CRM systems to improve efficiency within the team
• Acting as a first point of referral for queries from less experienced Replatforming team members, and supporting their on-the-job learning
• Identifying process improvements and helping implement changes that lift team productivity and client satisfaction
• Working on projects related to implementations and our platform provider, collaborating with other operations teams across Saltus
• Deputising for the Implementations Supervisor on operational matters as required

What skills and experience do I need to have?

We think the best candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Financial Services, ideally including exposure to platform migrations, transfers or onboarding
• A track record of owning complex casework independently, with sound judgement on when to escalate
• Good analytical skills, able to work with Excel to process work efficiently and produce summaries or insights for colleagues
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Intellectual horsepower and curiosity for solving business problems
• A ‘growth mindset' - an appetite for testing yourself and using past mistakes as a springboard to keep improving
• Good time management, with the ability to prioritise and work to multiple deadlines, often autonomously
• The ability to build strong professional relationships, both internally and externally
• Some prior experience supporting or informally guiding more junior colleagues is an advantage, though this is not a line-management role

Where will I be working?

We're incredibly flexible about where, when and how you work: we don't want anyone to be prevented from joining Saltus because of the working pattern they're looking for. Ideally, you'd be based out of our Bournemouth office for three days each week, working the remainder from home. Alternatively, you might split your week across one of our other offices.
