Summary
The Senior Operations Consultant will work with Bravada’s Founder and Operations Executive to review, improve and strengthen the systems, processes and structures supporting the agency’s day-to-day work and future growth.
The role provides senior, independent operational guidance alongside practical support with auditing, prioritising and implementing improvements. Its purpose is to give Bravada experienced agency operations expertise that is not currently required full-time, while strengthening internal capability rather than creating long-term dependency.
The role will focus on:
- Auditing current processes, systems and workflows
- Identifying operational risks, gaps, duplication and inefficiencies
- Advising the Founder on operational priorities and business structure
- Improving accountability, ownership, handovers and decision-making
- Supporting & Managing the Operations Executive to implement and embed improvements
- Developing scalable systems without unnecessary bureaucracy
- Strengthening governance, compliance and internal controls

Role Focus Areas
Operational Audit & Strategy
- Map and review core business and agency workflows
- Assess systems, trackers, documentation and process ownership
- Identify risks, manual work, unclear responsibilities and barriers to efficiency
- Provide clear, prioritised and commercially realistic recommendations
- Advise the Founder on immediate and longer-term operational priorities
- Help define a proportionate operating model for a small, fast-paced agency
Process Improvement & Agency Operations
- Design and document practical, repeatable workflows
- Simplify processes and reduce unnecessary administration
- Clarify ownership, approvals, handovers and escalation routes
- Improve client onboarding, offboarding, project management and reporting workflows
- Review resource planning, quality assurance and information management
- Identify sensible opportunities for automation and systems improvement
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Review operational, people, systems and compliance risks
- Assess whether proportionate policies, procedures and controls are in place
- Coordinate with external HR, finance, legal and technical specialists where required
- Help ensure agreed controls are reflected in day-to-day processes
- Identify when specialist professional advice is required
Implementation & Change Support
- Turn audit findings into clear actions and implementation plans
- Work with the Operations Executive to introduce agreed changes
- Support communication, adoption and process adherence
- Review whether changes deliver the intended result
- Build sustainable internal ownership and operational capability

Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years experience in operations and working in marketing agencies
- Proven senior operations experience within a digital marketing, paid media, creative or closely related agency
- Experience working with small, founder-led or fast-growing businesses
- Strong knowledge of agency workflows, commercial pressures and client delivery
- Management Experience
- Experience auditing business processes and delivering measurable improvements
- Strong process design, documentation, analytical and written communication skills
- Confidence advising and constructively challenging a Founder
- Practical judgement and the ability to prioritise by risk, impact and feasibility
- Experience with ClickUp, Google Workspace and Slack is beneficial
Working Relationships
The consultant will report to and advise the Founder, work closely with the Operations Executive, consult with relevant members of the account and delivery teams, and coordinate with external specialists where required. The consultant will provide senior guidance and implementation support without taking over routine day-to-day operational ownership.

- Review operational documentation and internal controls
