About the role
As our first Senior Operations Manager, you'll build the operational backbone of a 30-person company from the ground up. The processes, tooling, automation, and the cross-functional execution that let a fast-moving business scale without breaking. You'll work directly with the Chief of Staff with high visibility across the whole organisation, from product and engineering to finance and compliance, and you'll use AI to multiply what every team can do. You'll decide how this company operates as it scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities
- Build the operational backbone: Find the operational gaps across the business and build the scalable processes that fix them. This is a 0-to-1 build, and you own it.
- Build the regulatory foundation: Lead on executing our licensing and entity structure that decide how and where we can operate. You own applications end-to-end and turn regulatory requirements into an opportunity rather than a blocker.
- Turn company goals into executable plans: Work with the Chief of Staff to translate objectives into reality, owning the cross-functional initiatives that move the business towards our vision.
- Scale output without adding headcount: Automate the manual, repetitive workflows that slow teams down, and own the tooling behind each function.
- Own the client onboarding experience: Take new clients from closed to live, owning what happens behind the scenes so activation feels effortless, and stays effortless as we scale.
- Grow the team and the culture: Own how we hire, onboard, and grow people as the company scales.
- Make the business measurable: Define the KPIs that matter and build the dashboards and reporting that give leadership honest visibility into how we're performing and where to invest as we scale.
