Job Description

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape how our Personal Injury and Large Loss claims functions perform and evolve, with a clear focus on excellent customer outcomes, strong commercial performance, and robust regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Head of Claims Operations, you’ll lead day-to-day operational delivery across service, complaints, governance, risk, and controls, while managing a small personal portfolio of complex claims. You’ll use performance insight, process optimisation, and technology to drive continuous improvement and transformation, ensuring FCA expectations, Consumer Duty principles, and internal governance standards are embedded in how we work.

Leading through others, you’ll build capability across your leadership teams, create a culture of accountability and customer focus, and work closely with stakeholders across Claims, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer functions. You’ll thrive here if you combine sound judgment with strong operational leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence at senior level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
