About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing pub group with over 50 sites across the London and the SE. This is a key senior operational role, working closely with the leadership team and taking responsibility for driving performance across a significant multi-site estate.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Area Managers
- Ensure strong operational standards across people, customer experience, commercial performance, compliance, and overall site delivery

About You
The business has an ambitious growth strategy, so this is a great opportunity for a senior operator who wants to join a successful group and play a genuine part in its continued development.
We are looking for someone who is commercially strong, hands-on, and passionate about the pub sector, with a proven track record managing a large multi-site operation. You will be confident leading senior teams, improving performance, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong senior operational experience within the pub, bar, or restaurant sector
- Experience managing a large multi-site estate
- Previous experience leading Area Managers, Operations Managers, or similar
- A strong commercial understanding and track record of improving performance
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- A hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong knowledge of the London hospitality market
