Pret is where passionate, hardworking, wonderful people (like you!) find what they need to shine. And the proof is in the pudding – over 80% of our Managers started on the shop floor! So did 20% of our Support Centre teams, including our CEO, Pano.

  • Drive your business: coach and support managers to ensure their teams consistently deliver amazing customer service, ensure your teams consistently deliver delicious food and drink by putting the customer’s needs first and never compromising on quality or safety standards, drive sales and profit through forecasting, rota management, ordering and production, continuously analysing and reviewing your Area’s results proactively reacting to any challenges or obstacles and to have full P&L accountability.
  • Drive and embed change: you will be the ambassador for change, effectively communicating with your team, actively follow up with the team on any new standard or initiative to ensure successful implementation, listen and give constructive feedback and ensure your team is well informed of any business changes or initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
