Senior Operations Manager | Hybrid | 37.5 hours per week

Do you love improving how things work? Are you energized by data, detail, and making operations sharper, smarter, and more effective?

We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Operations Manager to help shape, lead, and continuously improve how we deliver outstanding occupational health services. You’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong operational insight, and the energy to take people with you as we grow.

About Innovate Healthcare

Innovate Healthcare is a growing occupational health business helping organizations keep their people healthy, safe, and supported at work. We combine clinical expertise with practical, responsive support – and we’re building smarter, more efficient ways of working as we grow.

The role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own day-to-day operational performance, improve processes, optimize resources, and support excellent service delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
