About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of high-performing, community-focused hospitality venues across London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded operator who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and delivering memorable guest experiences. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in improving operational standards, increasing profitability, and supporting ambitious growth plans.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a portfolio of General Managers, creating high-performing teams.
  • Drive commercial performance through strong financial management and clear business planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve underperforming sites while supporting continued growth across successful venues.
  • Oversee refurbishment and investment projects, ensuring successful delivery and return on investment.
  • Maintain exceptional operational standards, guest satisfaction, and compliance across all sites.
  • Work collaboratively with central support functions including People, Marketing, and Property.
  • Support succession planning by identifying and developing future talent.

About You

  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior multi-site hospitality role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of improving sales and profitability.
  • Experienced in coaching and developing General Managers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Confident in leading refurbishment projects and operational change.
  • Excellent financial, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Full UK driving license.
