This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to support the development, promotion and delivery of a suite of Executive Education programmes (Exec Ed). Participants that enrol onto these programmes will range from aspiring managers to senior executives from national and international organisations. Working with academic and professional services across the university you will act as the first point of contact and be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of a range of operational processes and activities which underpin the Exec Ed programmes to ensure participants are appropriately supported throughout their journey. The role is varied, managing programmes, providing administrative support for a range of Exec Ed activities and processes. You will work with limited direct supervision and therefore be required to use your initiative, take personal responsibility, think analytically and creatively solve problems using interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships and work across different faculties to deliver innovative, high quality and compliant services and support.

Your duties will include management support as well as general administrative support for programmes and processes including the monitoring and resolution of participants engagement with their journey, maintaining key information for participants e.g., Moodle sites and MS teams. You will also support local activities which focus on engaging with potential participants, attending events, organising webinars and workshops including assisting with the coordination and delivery, assisting with arrangements for Exec Ed events such as welcome and induction, and communication activities. You will work closely with the wider and academic colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
