About The Role
As a Senior Operations Planner you will support on the planning and management of the day-to-day operation of our chilled supply chain to maintain target stock levels, maximise our service to customers & minimise waste.
- Build strong relationships with our suppliers to mitigate issues and smooth changeover between products & artwork.
- Work with co-manufacturers to improve our service while ensuring efficiency of manufacture & controlling costs.
- Collaborate internally with demand planning, customer service & the rest of the supply planning team.
- Assist in the stock reconciliation process at month end to ensure all finished goods and components are accounted for.
- Analyse supplier performance measuring KPIs and holding them to account with regular supplier reviews.
- Line management of one direct report.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Analytical, with strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Good organisation skills & ability to communicate effectively as part of a team & with suppliers
- Previous supply planning or operational planning experience
- The energy and self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
- Pro-active, identifying issues as or before they arise.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets & deadlines
- An open-minded approach to the role and a flexible, can do, friendly attitude. Our business is constantly changing!
- Experience with Sage or similar with products requiring a Bill of Materials
- Prior line management experience
