We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Role Overview
Provide leadership to a production team within a lean manufacturing environment where performance is measured against key performance metrics and quality standards. Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a Production team.
- Ensure performance delivery against key targets/metrics and quality standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage a team to increase line performance and development of individuals.
- Develop relationships within production and support departments.
- Ensure all Health and Safety standards and requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and manage change.

What You Need to Succeed
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable supervisory role OR
- 3 years’ experience in an MA role OR
- Has successfully completed a relevant Development programme (e.g., ML Development programme, Step up Development Programme, Tech Tracks etc.) OR
- Hold or working towards a third level education in a relevant discipline AND
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry OR
- Currently working in a P3 role
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of developing training plans.
- Experience of developing team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Experience of developing assembly or logistic processes.
- Leadership of multi-functional teams.

Role Type
This position is classified as Onsite: Employees working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite, including all production and maintenance employees essential to the development of our products.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
