About the Job

  • Provide first line coaching and training to warehouse operatives to ensure efficient teamwork;
  • Ensure the Ecommerce area is always monitored and the orders are picked and packed in line with our service level agreement;
  • To expedite all orders in an accurate and timely manner as and when required by Team leaders;
  • Investigation, troubleshooting and reporting accordingly of all issues and priorities affecting deliverance of plan;
  • Holiday / Absence support for Team leaders;
  • Ensure the accurate and safe use of the in-house systems by the team to ensure efficient working practices;
  • Operate within Health and Safety legislation and Levi's® Health and Safety requirements to contribute to a safe, challenging, rewarding, productive environment.

About You

  • A collaborative leadership style, with a focus on teamwork rather than formal people management.
  • Previous experience working within a warehouse, distribution centre or fast-paced operational environment.
  • Previous experience supporting, guiding or coordinating colleagues within a team.
  • The ability to delegate work clearly and help ensure colleagues are positioned effectively across the operation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to identify issues, take appropriate action and escalate where required.
  • The ability to support Team Leaders in maintaining productivity, accuracy, safety and operational standards.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and support colleagues on the warehouse floor.
  • A reliable and flexible approach, with the ability to work across Receipts, Returns, Pick-Pack, VAS and other areas of the Distribution Centre.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements and the confidence to challenge unsafe working practices.
