About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior or Associate Interior Designer to join a leading design-led studio. This is a senior role for a designer with a genuine passion for experience-led environments, with the ability to lead projects from concept through to completion.

Working closely with the Creative Director and CEO, the Senior or Associate Designer will lead multiple projects across a range of scales, from large-scale hospitality schemes to smaller projects. They will take ownership of the creative direction, design development and delivery, ensuring projects are delivered to an exceptional standard, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and procurement teams
  • Oversee drawings, specifications, design development, tender, construction, and installation
  • Resolve challenges, manage deadlines, and maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and present compelling, experience-led concepts
  • Communicate and sell design solutions to clients
  • Mentor and support Junior and Middleweight Designers
  • Contribute to the development of studio standards, processes, and culture

  • Outstanding eye for scale, proportion, colour, materiality, and detail
  • Strong knowledge of FF&E, specialist finishes, sustainable materials, suppliers, and bespoke furniture
  • Culturally curious, commercially aware, and passionate about emerging trends, hospitality, F&B, and innovative design
  • Strong project management and technical skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is highly advantageous
