Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant

Food, Ingredients and FMCG

Remote, UK
£45,000 to £55,000 plus uncapped quarterly commission up to 35%

If you have built a successful recruitment desk across food, drink, ingredients, FMCG or consumer markets and want greater ownership of your market, this could be worth a conversation.

I’m working with an established specialist recruitment business operating across the UK and international markets.

They are interested in an experienced 360 recruiter who already understands one of their core sectors and can take responsibility for developing a defined specialist market.

This is a hands-on billing role. You will originate and develop client relationships, manage your own recruitment processes and build a desk with a long-term view.

The business is hiring selectively. They want someone with a consistent billing history, credible sector knowledge and the discipline to manage a remote desk without close supervision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
