Senior Oracle EBS Service Specialist
Working Arrangement: 4/5 days per week in the office
Role Overview
The Senior Product Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing development, optimisation, and standardisation of Oracle EBS Service solutions, including Service Requests, Service Contracts, Install Base, and Mobile Field Service. The role will focus on delivering functional enhancements, addressing complex business requirements, supporting continuous improvement, and driving global process harmonisation. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and ERP support teams, the specialist will ensure Oracle EBS solutions remain aligned with business objectives and global ERP standards.
Core Responsibilities
Product Enhancement & Evolution
- Design and deliver Oracle EBS Service enhancements and functional process improvements.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, standardised Oracle EBS solutions.
- Support Product Owners with prioritisation, scope definition, and roadmap development.
- Ensure solutions align with global ERP standards, business requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Standardisation & Global Process Convergence
- Harmonise regional service processes in line with global Oracle EBS templates.
- Identify opportunities to reduce customisations, process variations, and unnecessary complexity.
- Promote the adoption of standardised solutions across global business units.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support process alignment and continuous improvement.

Expert Functional Support
- Provide senior-level functional support for complex and recurring Oracle EBS Service issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Support critical escalations and collaborate with ERP support and technical teams.
- Identify recurring operational challenges and translate them into potential system enhancements.
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS Service modules and related business processes.
Knowledge Management & Governance
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process guidance, and best practices.
- Share knowledge with support teams and junior functional specialists.
- Contribute to ERP governance, solution design standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of consistent functional practices across global teams.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5–8 years of functional experience working with Oracle EBS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Service modules, including:
- Service Requests
- Service Contracts
- Install Base
- Mobile Field Service
- Experience delivering ERP enhancements, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in global or multi-regional ERP environments.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical support teams.

- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Service processes, configuration, and solution design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
