Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Service Analyst (Permanent)
About the Role
We’re working with a leading Oracle consultancy that is looking to hire a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Service Analyst to join its Managed Services team.
You’ll support a range of clients across different industries, providing functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, resolving issues, delivering enhancements and helping clients optimise their Oracle environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP issues.
- Work directly with clients to understand and resolve functional problems.
- Deliver enhancements and functional recommendations.
- Identify recurring issues, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with Oracle Support and technical teams where required.
- Manage incidents, problems and changes in line with ITIL processes.
- Manage multiple priorities and work to agreed resolution timescales.

Key Requirements
- Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Strong Financials knowledge across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
- Good understanding of period close, intercompany, tax and subledger accounting.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities in a client-facing environment.
- Understanding of ITIL incident, problem and change management.

Desirable
- Procurement, Projects, Expenses or Lease Accounting experience.
- SQL / PL/SQL.
- OTBI / BI Publisher.
- Oracle certifications.
- Managed Services experience.
- ITIL v4 Foundation.
Security Clearance
This role requires NPPV Level 3 clearance. Candidates must have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years to meet the clearance requirements.
