Join Kodesage’s Revolution
Join Kodesage’s revolution to help fellow engineers navigate and modernize complex and legacy software projects. We are a growing team in the exciting AI-augmented developer tools space, offering a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge tech.
At Kodesage, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility, in a passionate and seasoned team. We’re looking for engineers who thrive on ownership and believe in a culture where the best ideas win. If you’re ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
About The Job
Your Oracle Forms expertise isn't legacy: it's the competitive advantage. Our Oracle Platform Team is a dedicated unit focused on building the #1 AI-powered platform for Oracle Forms & Reports to APEX migrations and production support. We're building a team of senior Oracle engineers who know these systems inside out and want to combine that expertise with cutting-edge AI. This is a senior role in the practice: you won't be a lone specialist, you'll be part of a focused team with a clear mission.
The Role
As a member of the Oracle Platform Team, you'll shape both what we build and how we deliver it. The position has two complementary dimensions. On the product engineering side, you'll work with our engineering team to build Oracle Forms & Reports and APEX-specific capabilities into the Kodesage platform -- encoding domain knowledge (Forms triggers, PL/SQL patterns, Reports layouts, APEX component mapping) into AI-powered migration and analysis tools. On the field engineering side, you'll serve as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) working with enterprise customers implementing Kodesage for Forms migrations and APEX production support, translating real-world challenges back into product improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This Role Is for You If...
You've spent years becoming an Oracle Forms and APEX expert and you want that expertise to matter more, not less, as the industry evolves. You're excited (or deeply curious) about AI. You enjoy being both the expert in the room and the person learning something new every week. You want to help build a dedicated Oracle practice from the ground up: with a team around you, not as a solo act. You believe Oracle modernization deserves better tooling, and you want to be the one to build it.
